My Top 5 Favorite Romance Hero's
Fiction is full of heroes, and heroines and everyone has their favorite. Luckily if you read romance, you have a large selection to choose from.
Here’s a small list of my top 5 favorite romance hero’s:
The Man Whore: This is the hero that starts with women in his bed. He’s been brutally hurt, his heart is torn, and he hides his pain with warm heat, expensive liquor, and a boring but high paying career. He can have his pick of any woman, but he always falls for the girl next door, or the curvy girl, or the damsel in distress. He makes romance stories steamy, and you’ll be wanting to turn each page to get to the end.
The Forbidden Hero: My favorite hero. He hides his love for the heroine and doesn’t mind taking the biggest risk to make the heroine his. Sometimes it’s opposing families, inappropriate social classes, or an unspoken rule. Whatever it may be, the hero and heroine shouldn’t be together, but they eventually say the hell with rules and crawl their way to a HEA.
The Vampire: Okay, so who doesn’t love a hot vampire with glistening skin? I went through the whole Twilight phase and you can’t argue with a hot 30 year old high schooler with a body of a God. There is just something about how hidden his world is, and how he would risk it all for a basic Bella.
The Cow Boy: The accent and hat alone is enough to bring any woman to their knees. Once you read how he straddles his horse and his bulging member pushes through his tight Levis, you’ll be rushing to turn the page too.
The Bully: I know, I know! Don’t yell me at me hear me out. The redeemable bully. Key word here is redemption. A good example of the type of bully I like is Ace Jagger in Caitlyn Dare’s book Taunt Her. He’s your typical alpha a-hole thrown into a world he hates, and he’s the ultimate bad boy bully, but he redeems himself for the heroine.
